For the Ambitious and Chronically Busy Manager
Change the strategy of your brain and expand your time.
Meet Hippocampus, Amygdala, and your Frontal Lobes.
Let them show you your memory, your concentration, your concerns, and learn how you manage your brain under pressure.
Do you know how to work with your unpredictable brain? To be able to perform, you need a strong and fast brain. Overheated brains work slowly and many of us are pushing our brains so much that we slow down our pace without even realising it.
The Brain Fable shows you the difference between healthy and unhealthy pressure and it opens your eyes to the great potential hiding inside your brain.
You receive scientifically based facts served with a warm fable language which activates your engine of recollection making your new knowledge automatically be stored in your long-term memory while you read. The book also introduces you to a secret which reveals how you can create more time.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Mirja Bang
Mirja Bang (b. 1975) has worked with growth companies for two decades and is familiar with the busy life of a leader, where it can be difficult to find time, peace, and overview to make the right decisions and prioritize the most important tasks.
Since 2008, she has followed the development of brain research, and her mission is to help chronically busy leaders take even better care of their brains in a hectic and complex everyday life.
Mirja's vision is to prioritize brain well-being. We are in the midst of transitioning from an industrial society to a knowledge society, but we have forgotten to take our brain into account in this development, and the consequences can be seen in the number of burnt-out people in the workplace.
"The Brain Fable" provides clarity on what happens in the brain under pressure and gives the reader insight into how to improve their collaboration with their fickle brain.
